Exchange Terms
- Devices sold from our showrooms shall be replaced within 7 days from the date of purchase, and within 7 days from the date of receipt for online store sales provided that the replacement is of the same value or higher, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and the packaging has not been opened.
- The original purchase invoice must be brought.
- The exchange process for online store sales may take 14 days.
Return Terms
- Products can be returned within 48 hours only from the date of purchase, and within 48 hours only from the date of receipt for online store sales provided that the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and the packaging has not been opened.
- The purchase amount will be refunded in the same way it was paid.
- The return process for online store sales may take 14 days.
- Products that are registered in the name of the customer, such as services or subscriptions (Mobily - BeIN Sports - Saudi Telecom - Zain - One Card) or software, cannot be returned.
Warranty Terms
- The warranty period is two years on devices and accessories, with the exception of some accessories, one year, such as (wired headphones - storage units - wires).
- The warranty does not include device accessories and some accessories such as (mobile covers/cases - screen protection stickers - scooter tires).
- All sold products are under warranty of the agent not under Haddad warranty, with the exception of products (wiko - infinix - oneplus - scooters) under Haddad warranty.
- In the event of a manufacturer defect (not software) in the device within 3 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of Apple products (24 hours), the device can be replaced with the same category and brand, or the full amount refunded if the same device is not available under the following conditions:
- Bring the original invoice and warranty.
- The device or accessory should be free of misuse (scratch, breakage, liquid damage, or unauthorized opening).
- Provide customer data (name - mobile number).
- Bring original cartons and accessories.
- Disable the Find My iPhone and iCloud account feature in Apple products.
- Factory defects in Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, and Oppo products are not covered by replacement.
- A report from the authorized maintenance agent may be required for replacement.
- After 3 days from purchase, visit the nearest authorized maintenance point for after-sales service.
